Question Response
1.      On page 6 of the RFP (Task 2) it mentions that a priority for the first 2 years will be to serve 61-2nd grade and 46-5th grade classrooms with safety education (a total of 107 classes).   Is the intent to serve a total of 107 classrooms  once in a two year period or more than once?

The number of classrooms is approximate, as they vary from year to year, but the intent is to serve the total population once in a two-year period.

The long-term goal is to expand the program so that the entire population will be served every year.

2.      On the budget, is it permissible to combine the OH and G&A rates into one combined OH rate? Yes.
3.      Is the funding $320K for each year for the first two years or $320K total for the two years ($160K each year for two years)? $160K/year for the first two years with an option to renew the contract annually for an additional 3 years (not to exceed $200K/year).
