The Transportation Investement Plan will:   Transit at the Salinas Train Station

 Fund enhanced transit services for the elderly, people with disabilities, students and commuters.

 Supply alternatives to driving for commuters.
 
 
 
Our goal is to provide transportation for all The Transportation Investement Plan will provide for bus transit services. This money could be used for:
 
  • South County transit service
  • More service for the elderly and for people with disabilities
  • Commuter bus service
  • Transit stations
  • Bus stops and shelters

Monterey-Salinas Transit provides 5 million passengers trips every year.
