TAMC Releases Monterey County Road Pavement Assessment Report

The Transportation Agency for Monterey County released the 2015 Rural Counties Pavement Needs Assessment Report for Monterey County. The report which assesses the condition of roads in rural counties in California reveals that on a scale of zero (failed) to 100 (excellent) the average Pavement Condition Index (PCI) in Monterey County is 50.
