The Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC) is requesting proposals from qualified and interested consultants or consultant teams to assist with the geotechnical drilling in Gilroy and Salinas in advance of the construction of the Monterey County Rail Extension project, which will extend passenger rail service from Santa Clara County south to Salinas.

Inquiries relating to this Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, November 17, 2025, to the Project Manager, Christina Watson, christina@tamcmonterey.org. 

Proposals for this RFP shall be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, November 20, 2025 to the Project Manager, Christina Watson, christina@tamcmonterey.org.

Proposals received after the date and time specified above will not be considered.
