To the surprise of his colleagues, when Supervisor Lopez said he wanted to comment on the "Gloria Road/Iverson/Johnson Canyon Road Project, no one knew he was standing in the rain along Johnson Canyon Road until he turned on his camera to talk about the improvements and its significance for those who can travel safely along the roadways.
