The Transportation Agency for Monterey County is requesting proposals from qualified and interested consultants or consultant teams to perform construction management for the California Avenue segment of the Fort Ord Regional Trail and Greenway (“Project”). 

The Project involves construction of a new 12-foot wide multi-use and accessible trail through the City of Marina. The trail is adjacent to California Avenue from Patton Parkway to 8th Street. Between Patton Parkway and Imjin Parkway, the trail is on the west side of California Avenue. Between Imjin Parkway and 8th Street the trail is on the east side of California Avenue. From 8th Street, the trail traverses northeast through open space and connects to 9th Street and Imjin Road.

Inquiries relating to this Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, February 27, 2026, to the Contracts and Grants Coordinator, Ryan Bigelow, ryan@tamcmonterey.org

Proposals for this RFP shall be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 12, 2026, to ryan@tamcmonterey.org.  Proposals received after the date and time specified above will not be considered.
